I’m a mom of two beautiful daughters and a loving husband of 20 plus years.
I
joined Beachbody in January 2014 as a challenger looking to get in
better shape. What I found however after becoming a part of the
Beachbody culture was not only improved health and fitness, but I was
finally surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals who were so
supportive.
Now my desire is to pay that forward and to help
individuals get in the best shape of their lives, have more energy and
eat healthier! My goal for this blog, is to inspire with healthy
recipes, inspirational thoughts, fitness tips, product reviews, and
transformation stories of regular people who have changed their lives.
